  JoyWears’ designs can originate from just about anywhere: a loyal customer’s suggestion, a fresh concept from our design team, or the visionary mind of our founder, Asmae Chairi, who has been in the textile industry for over three decades. We believe in celebrating creativity from all corners of our community. In fact, if a customer’s idea is accepted, we even name the resulting piece after the name they choose!

  Although ideas come from many places, Asmae has the final say on each design. With her extensive background in textiles, she ensures that every item meets our high standards of style, comfort, and individuality.

The Atmosphere

  Step into our workspace and you’ll find music playing in the background, setting a warm, upbeat tone. We might not have a permanent physical location to share just yet, but we can tell you it’s a vibrant, family-like environment where everyone works together to bring each garment from paper to reality.
• Family-Like Collaboration
  Each team member—designers, pattern makers, seamstresses, packaging experts, and warehouse staff—plays a crucial role. Everyone is friendly, supportive, and committed to crafting every JoyWears piece with love and care. Many of our seamstresses have over 15 years of experience, adding an extra layer of expertise to everything we produce.

Materials & Techniques

• Trims That Tell a Story
  While much of our fabric is sourced internationally to ensure we get the best possible quality and variety, our trims are nearly all purchased from traditional Moroccan shops. Asmae travels extensively across Morocco to handpick each trim, ensuring that every small detail reflects the spirit and craftsmanship of our heritage.
• Attention to Detail
  Some pieces require precise hand-sewing to perfect unique finishes or intricate designs. This dedication to handmade techniques is part of what sets JoyWears apart, guaranteeing that your garment is truly one-of-a-kind.

  Rather than limiting ourselves to a single annual collection, we design for every season. Our goal is to constantly surprise and delight our customers with fresh ideas that keep pace with the evolving world of fashion—while still keeping JoyWears’ signature twist.
